KUNAL NITIN MARATHE may communicate with customers using the official Meta WhatsApp Business Platform and Google Rich Communication Services (RCS).
By providing your mobile number, you expressly consent to receive:

- Appointment reminders
- Customer support communications
- Account verification messages
- Promotional messages where legally permitted and consented to
- Security alerts
- Business announcements
Users acknowledge that:
- Message delivery depends on telecom operators, internet connectivity, Meta systems, Google systems, and device compatibility.
- Opting out of promotional communications does not affect essential transactional communications.
- Communications shall comply with applicable Meta Business Messaging Policies, Google RCS requirements, Indian telecom regulations, and other applicable legal obligations.
The Company does not send unsolicited communications without appropriate legal basis or user consent.
10. Message Delivery & Compliance Policy
Although the Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of messages, we do not guarantee:
- Immediate delivery
- Continuous availability
- Error-free transmission
- Device compatibility
- Network availability
Message delivery may be delayed or interrupted due to:
- Internet outages
- Telecom failures
- Platform maintenance
- Meta system limitations
- Google RCS platform restrictions
- Government directives
- Technical failures beyond our control
Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered contact information remains accurate and active.
